I’ve learned over the years that most service-based/installation business’ do not focus on installation quality but rather the fastest installation (time) at the highest price-point (cost).

It has been my experience that it is better to do installations yourself to ensure that they are done properly; with a focus on quality and cost rather than time and cost.

Learning about which are the correct tools, specifications, and ideas/considerations/risks (i.e. tips, tricks, etc.) relative to any specific installation, then becomes the next challenge for the Do-it-Yourselfer (DIY), and so we turn to Social Media (i.e. YouTube) for help and instruction.

I’m personally thankful for these online resources… yet at the same time, I’m often disappointed at the lack of details provided within (e.g. torque specs not provided).

This is what has spurred me to attempt my own contributions for my fellow DIY’ers that want to Do-it-Yourself and Do-it-Right to maximize their SXS Ownership Experience, including DIY Component Installations, Innovative Tips ‘n Tricks, Product Considerations & Reviews, and even some fun Adventures and Events too!

It is my sincerest hope that you find the content on this website helpful and useful towards your own experiences.
